It all started in 2001, where a sister was kidnapped and raped, and abused by several people, and she was attacked also, the people were conspiracy type of people, where 9/11 was close to the same time and date, between all those times and dates monetary industry became savage industry of terrorism and implementations of it of USA and China and Europe and Middle-east and CNN cynicism of left choleric delusiveness, as a lying factor of code 12. The debauching and degaussing took place 24 hours a day. These are all human rights violations. The first disaster took another toll after 9/11 which was me and my ex, Aisha Zaheer, with her friends. She abandoned me for several months and didn’t appreciate me, to come forward in life, as she did. She did try to connect with me several times since I had the first shot in my heart-body area. Where from than the testament of Yasmine existed as truthful, which was a name for emancipation of PP-SS-SS. Human rights we’re being abused since Scheveningen, and ROC Leiden, Lammenschanspark and Leiderdorp, as I was using strategies at those times and dates, since Funx and Wendy Du Chatenier. And the case of N. Thus this is why I had to report human rights violations in mine life, as in Rope and Hope you will see that I suffered extremities of painful days and suffering days, and no food or drinking days as microbiology warfare was at large. As it all started in June 2008, as I almost died the first 2 weeks, and the next days and months it was all fighting for my life constantly, as it became structurally worsen and dangerous. Eventually it was all deadly 24 hours a day. De despotische alternatie in de latere tijden van 2005 waren te danken aan een sadistische terreur beweging.

Deze sadistische terreur beweging werd tot stand gebracht dankzij de staat van apartheid en fionistische white supremacy agency: CIA.

De dogmatische houding van de sadistische terreur beweging ook wel bekend als “STB” was een bron van inspiratie voor de weloverwogen hypermoderne corruptie en open betoog van elites en regering-elites, die allemaal een onbekende vermogen gebruikten, later in 2006 en 2007 probeerde hen die onbekende vermogen te misbruiken, door het te clonen naar de legale dogma.

Ook de legale dogma is actief in de paradox van pseudo-spying, waarin voortgedaan wordt dat er mensen de waarheid achterna gaan, maar in werkelijkheid slechts als preparaat functioneren om de organisatie te laten overleven, dit type overleving kan je ook wel noemen: destructieve neigingen.

Destructieve neigingen zijn weer verbonden aan vormen van overwinnen en opgeven.
De destructieve neigingen van de fionistische white supremacy agency (CIA) was een onderdeel van hetgeen wat we destructieve neigingen noemen, ook wel beter bekend als sadistische terreur bewegingen.

Deze bekende vermogen, sociabiliteit is wat ik verloor in 2005, door een gekozen standpunt, te overleven vanwege suggestibiliteit en sociabiliteit had ik geen andere keuze dan mijzelf sociaal af te sluiten van de bevolking.

Door gebruik te maken van illegale verwijderingsactiviteiten, waar onder verwijdering ook wordt verstaan als illegaal en verwijderingsactiviteiten via de ondergrond-grondse bodem/ of plafond mogelijkheden, zijn er kunstmatige dogma’s gecreëerd om tot eigen hand een vatbaarheid te laten ontstaan waardoor mijn legale en autoritaire opvattingen de das om werd gedaan, door mij te vermoorden en te martelen.

“Eenheid, solidariteit en gezamenlijke betrokkenheid” werd gezien als hen vijand.
Ik had dus ook geen kans om een pacificatie voor de toekomst te beginnen, omdat hen mij alleen maar dood wilde hebben, of ernstige levens-schade wilden toebrengen, en er ook in slaagden.

De enige vorm van nihilistisch-destructief verzet die wel enige omvang schijn te hebben aangenomen was het vergiftigen van mijn lichaam-organen en lichaam-weefsel en lichaam-spieren en lichaam-oppervlakten.

Ook was er een nihilistisch-destructief antagonisme aan de gang, deze noem ik de hypermoderne martelingen, je wordt om de 6 seconde hard met een ioniserend-laser-patroon straal aangeschoten, waardoor je je “beschoten” voelt.

Buiten de avond tijden, waarin nacht actief was, werd ik voor-vergiftigd, en voor-vermoordt, mensen hadden de ideologische vorm van haat en nihilisme die mijn sociale afsluiting insluitte, en zo ontstaat een isolatie proces, die stapsgewijs opvallender en erger werd.

Deze fionistische staat van apartheid is te erkennen als een syndroom, deze syndroom staat in een vorm van jaloezie, haat en nihilisme, waarin terreur en openlijke geweldplegingen die toch stiekem gemaakt worden, een eigen bestaan leiden. Deze syndroom noemen we:

Utopische syndroom.

Na ongelooflijk veel vechten tegen de hardnekkige en onacceptabele vorm van schendingen tegen de universele mensenrechten, had ik besloten via mijn eerste mogelijkheden om een einde te maken aan hen utopische syndroom. Ik maakte in de tijd de keuze om geen fouten te maken, en gebruikte direct mijn eerste maatstaven om sociabiliteit toe te passen, en toen ik ontsnapte kwam ik ook “Amazing Girl” tegen.

En sinds toen zouden er een aantal corruptie pogingen tot stand worden gebracht, die ik ook heb weten te overleven.

 

Toen ik na mijn sociale afsluitingen, terug kwam op waarom ze mij niet hielpen, kwam ik achter dat hen corrupties gebruiken met de Nederlandse Inlichtingen Dienst, de AIVD, onder leiding van Sybrand van Hulst, die de dogma neemt van verzuivering van zijn positie. Hij is er in geslaagd om zichzelf van zijn eigen organisatie af te dwalen, maar toch een imago op te richten dat hij datgene is wat hij niet zou zijn, namelijk de onderdeel van de utopische syndroom.

Deze utopische syndroom werd op mij belast, voordat hij de kantoor verliet, waren er namelijk een aantal gevaarlijke omstandigheden aan de gang, waarin ik moest kiezen hoe ernstig deze corrupties waren, ik maakte de inschatting dat hen imago schade zullen proberen te herstellen, dus ik moest kiezen voor de ultieme poging die ik vanwege strafrechtelijke redeneringen van een corrupt systeem helaas niet kan intypen.

Ik had mijzelf namelijk een tijd binnen gehouden nadat de syndroom tijdelijk destabiel was, maar de utopie bestond nog wel buiten fionistische verhoudingen, namelijk: alternatie en consternatie.

Door alternatie van Parnassia, en de huisarts, kwam ik terecht in diezelfde utopische syndroom, en werd ik van alle kanten beschuldigt en misbruikt, dat was hen werk, beschuldigen achter de rug om van elkander, wat ook de moerwijkse huisarts had gedaan, en ik mijn vertrouwen in haar dus vanaf nu ook officieel heb opgegeven.

De consternatie vondt plaats toen ik ruzie kreeg met de top van Parnassia, een aantal medewerkers die binnen traden, zonder mijn toestemmingen, en ook zonder mijn toestemmingen een enige persoon genaamd Abdoel Baasier, mijn positie hard tegen werkte, door afwijkende gedrag te tonen. .> Dat zal ik niet hier uitleggen <. Wat er daarna later gebeurde was een illegale ontvoering en een resultaat van wat ik altijd verwacht had, de utopische syndroom werd weer geactiveerd, later werd er ook een poging gedaan tot omkoop, maar slaagden ze er niet in om het uit te brengen tot een complot.. > Families zijn corrupt in dit toestand, en niet te vertrouwen.

Toen ik uiteindelijk beschuldigt werdt van schizofrenie als psychose, was het mij heel bont gemaakt, ik had na het einde van 2005 minder actieve gezonde hersencellen en doorstromingen van hersens activiteiten. Waardoor de stagnatie toenam van het erkende probleem momenteel, de vergeetachtigheid die door de medicijn of aanslag op het leven is, genaamd fluanxol.

Helaas ben ik heel ernstig beschuldigt en heb ik geen enkele sociologische factor gezien die mij helpt om terug te komen op mijn voeten, terwijl die nauwelijks te bewegen waren voordat ik mijzelf weer terug zag in de utopische syndroom.

Ik werd emotioneel vanwege de ontmoetingen van mijn ex, ik voelde me niet meer eenzaam, maar wel in de steek gelaten door iedereen die mij zou moeten helpen, want ik had nog niet gezegd dat voordat ik mijn ontsnapping realiseerde, ik eigenlijk de politie gebeld had, maar die hielp me niet, die gooide nog meer roet in het eten en gaf de voordeel van de twijfel aan de corrupte diensten, CIA en AIVD.

De despotische alternatie, heeft dus een samenhorigheid weten te bereiken, door de geschiedenis van de verloorgang van 50 jaar destabiliteit door psychiatrie.

Ook deze psychiatrie was een 50jarige levende vorm van utopische syndroom.
De nihilistische acties zijn door de psychiatrie goed gepraat als een reden dat ik niet goed in mijn leefomstandigheden was, maar ik heb geluk gehad dat ik tijdelijk de sociale afsluiting afgebroken had, dus ze kunnen ook niet indirect bewijzen dat ik sociaal afgesloten was door een opgezette vorm van isolatie.

In die tijd reageerde ik fel terug door de mensenrechten in te typen…
Ik had ook expres een beeld gegeven van wat ik toen niet wist, dat veiligheid eigenlijk van elke persoon in gevaar was, die in de utopische syndroom bewoog.

Zoals de dochters van in die tijd, president Bush, die samen met CIA verantwoordelijk is en nog steeds is voor wat er voor 2005 speelde en na 2005 en 2006.

Het is overigens kortzichtig deze utopische syndroom alleen te zien als ‘verwijderingsactiviteiten’: het waren bepaald niet alleen middelen om de tijd en mens te doden. Als men, zoals Robert Carneiro cultuur opvat als “datgene wat de mens tussen zichzelf en zijn omgeving plaatst om zijn veiligheid en overlevingskansen te waarborgen”,

Was dan ook dat mijn hart de gelijkheid nabootste van sociabiliteit, ik heb dus ook ervan geleerd dat mijn gelijkheid tekort schoot, me hart is aangevallen en ik moest herstellen, ten kostte van sociale leven, ik had geen andere keus, maar later na de instroom van AIVD om in mijn zeer ingenieuze expediënt de normen en waarden van sociabiliteit toe te voegen, kwam ik terug op mijn relatie met mijn ex, die ik eigenlijk niet eens meer had, maar altijd wel de drang voelde dat dit niet zo mag zijn. Omdat het me maar niet lukte om haar terug te krijgen, had ik besloten om te kijken of er andere mogelijkheden waren, de mogelijkheden ontstonden uit zichzelf, maar ook dit was te danken aan Amazing Girl en Red Sun. En sinds toen is er veel verandert.

Toen heb ik geleerd dat mijn toekomstige plan wel is in de handen zou kunnen liggen van iemand anders, en dat ik het nooit zou hebben.

Helaas was de realiteit lastiger dan ik wilde, ik kwam veel tegenslagen tegen, weinig open bron van informatie, weinig samenwerking, totdat ik mijn opbouw van een geheime logica gebruikte om die toe te passen, en het begon ook met een natuurlijke element, de vingers.

Of het nu gaat om samenwerking tegen de misdaad, om opvang van vreemdelingen of om drugsbeleid: op vrijwel alle terreinen werkt het ministerie van Justitie internationaal samen. Problemen stoppen niet bij grenzen. Daarom worden die grenzen bij het zoeken naar oplossingen ook steeds minder belangrijk.

Samen sterker

Nederland is onder andere lid van de Europese Unie (EU), de Raad van Europa en de Verenigde Naties. In al die organisaties is er samenwerking op het gebied van Justitie. Deze samenwerking leidt bijvoorbeeld tot verdragen waarin afspraken worden gemaakt over de bestrijding van de georganiseerde criminaliteit. Door deze internationale samenwerking kan Justitie zaken als mensenhandel, internationale fraude en drugshandel effectiever aanpakken.

Criminaliteitsbestrijding

Het is belangrijk dat de lidstaten van de EU gemeenschappelijk beleid voeren om de criminaliteit te bestrijden. Daarvoor moeten de lidstaten hun nationale beleid op elkaar afstemmen en waar mogelijk samenwerken. Het ministerie van Justitie draagt Nederlandse standpunten op dat gebied uit in de Europese Unie, bij de Verenigde Naties, maar ook rechtstreeks bij overheden van andere landen.

Europees asiel- en migratiebeleid

Nederland wil ook het asiel- en migratievraagstuk in de Europese Unie samen aanpakken. Het is van groot belang dat de lidstaten van de EU hun beleid meer op elkaar afstemmen. De lidstaten hebben daarover afspraken gemaakt die zij de komende jaren concreet gaan invullen. Het gaat dan bijvoorbeeld om afspraken over een meer eenduidige opzet van asielprocedures en opvang van asielzoekers binnen de EU. Daarnaast wil Nederland een aantal minimumvoorwaarden vaststellen waaraan het asielbeleid van alle EU-landen zou moeten voldoen. Ook vraagstukken omtrent illegale en legale migratie en terugkeer zijn steeds meer onderdeel van Europese discussies.

•  … onderhandelt Justitie over verdragen waarin afspraken worden gemaakt over het sluiten van overeenkomsten via internet. Maar bijvoorbeeld ook over verdragen om kinderen te beschermen tegen ontvoering door een van de ouders. Of over de erkenning in het buitenland van Nederlandse echtscheidingen.
• … onderhandelt Justitie over verdragen van in het buitenland gevonniste personen. Of over verdragen over internationale rechtshulp in strafzaken.

Allen, die deze zullen zien of horen lezen, saluut! doen te weten:
Alzo Wij in overweging genomen hebben, dat het wenselijk is enkele bepalingen van het Wetboek van Strafrecht en het Wetboek van Strafvordering omtrent de terbeschikkingstelling en de sanctietoepassing ten aanzien van geestelijk gestoorde delinquenten te wijzigen;
Zo is het, dat Wij, de Raad van State gehoord, en met gemeen overleg der Staten-Generaal, hebben goedgevonden en verstaan, gelijk Wij goedvinden en verstaan bij deze:
Artikel I[Wijzigt het Wetboek van Strafrecht.]
Artikel II[Wijzigt het Wetboek van Strafvordering.]
Artikel IIIArtikel I, onder B, sub 1, heeft geen gevolgen ten aanzien van ter beschikking gestelden ten aanzien van wie de rechter voor het moment van inwerkingtreding van deze wet naast de terbeschikkingstelling met verpleging van overheidswege plaatsing in een psychiatrisch ziekenhuis heeft bevolen.
Artikel IVArtikel I, onder D, E, F en G heeft geen gevolgen ten aanzien van ter beschikking gestelden aan wie de rechter voor het moment van inwerkingtreding van deze wet een terbeschikkingstelling met aanwijzingen heeft opgelegd. De artikelen 38b en 38c, zoals deze luiden voor het moment van inwerkingtreding van deze wet, blijven in deze van toepassing.
Artikel VTen aanzien van ter beschikking gestelden ten aanzien van wie de Minister van Justitie de verpleging van overheidswege voor het moment van inwerkingtreding van deze wet voorwaardelijk heeft beëindigd, worden de voor het moment van inwerkingtreding geldende bepalingen toegepast.
Artikel VIZaken waarin op het moment van inwerkingtreding van deze wet reeds een vordering tot verlenging van de terbeschikkingstelling met verpleging is ingediend worden afgedaan volgens de voor het moment van inwerkingtreding geldende bepalingen.
